So whoopie-doo for me... apparently I've lost 1kg.
Except that I haven't. Last week when I weighed myself for the start of the ticker, it was about 2kg higher than all the other times I'd weighed myself that week. The next day I weighed 2kg less and I've been fluctuating 1kg up and down ever since. Except today of course, I went back up to the highest one. So I figured my average was 1kg lighter. Of course this would all make more sense if I just gave you the figures except I don't really want to share that with everyone. Some people I don't care, but not everyone.
Anyway when I weighed myself today and got the highest figure again I thought "WHAT? it's been saying 1-2 kg lighter than this all week until now!" So I went to the toilet and weighed again and I had lost 200gm, lol.
I haven't really been trying that hard anyway. I haven't felt motivated enough. I've been sort of semi-motivated but not enough to make myself strict, until this week. This week I had a scare related to my PKU (which is a condition I have that's managed with a strict low-protein diet... look it up on Google) and I'm not going to go into that on here, but it made me realise I need to become more strict with both protein AND fat. So that's my goal. And they both compliment each other really because with PKU all I can eat basically is fruit and vegies, which is perfect for WW. There's just those other annoying little niggly delicious things that PKU allows that WW doesn't, sigh.
