not a good day
Well I was supposed to see the ob-gyn today (finally for the cyst that was found TWO MONTHS AGO. Crazy insurance) but after passing out before the appointment I was rushed to the ER. I was really dehydrated and they found a throat infection as well. I was in a lot of stomach pain too but the ER doc believes that was from the cyst or the I.B.S.
Shortly after returning home I got a call from the vet and he said the biopsy that he had done for the dog showed that he had cancer. They believe during the surgery they got 90% of the mass out but that there are cells remaining that he believes are cancerous. I'm kind of confused about it all. I blame being heavily medicated but he said this will most likely recur. I pretty much feel I was being told I'm losing my dog to cancer, cause we can't pay for radiation and all that stuff. Dad's not taking it well and I'm too numb from the drugs so numb I shall be for awhile.
