That's fine~ :D You can't make a moving png banner. ^_^ The only moving ones are in .gif format so don't worry about it. .png is for people who are making a standard banner.
The whole community is based on learning which is why we give normally positive critiques (helping you be better by complements not insults). :) So.... don't worry about it and just do it to have fun~
