I've started becoming focused on eating more protien. It's filling faster, which is a plus.
I'm so tired lately. I barely get enough sleep, I feel overwhelmed with work, especially with finals coming up.
The result is smoking cigarettes, getting very little down time, and avoiding everything. How do I manage this?
Today:
small bowl non fat cottage cheese
1 piece of bread
1 non fat yogurt (60 cals)
1 baby tangerine
spinach with a bit of parmasian cheese on it
chicken (not too much)
a tiny bit of salad w/ cranberries & a light dressing
& then i gave in and ate about a cup of rice
also I drank about 2 bottles of water so far, I plan on drinking 2+ more.
I feel like I'm always doing okay, and then I give in and eat something that I didn't intend to.
Whatever, I went to crew today which means 2 hours of rowing, sit ups, and machine work outs.
