I'm in the hospital at the moment

They admitted me yesterday via the ER.   My doctor still doesn't know what is wrong with me.   I needed to see a urologist and a gastroenterologist, and the easiest way to do that is by being in the hospital, otherwise you are stuck on waiting lists for months.  So I'm here.  I got a kidney dye scan today, and tomorrow I'm getting a colonoscopy.

The gastroenterologist has given me the most confidence as far as figuring out what is wrong.  If the colonoscopy doesn't show what is going on then I'm going to swallow some sort of pill that zooms through your small intestines and radio transmits pictures out.  They prefer doing that in their office though because otherwise the data file transfer from receiver to CD to the doctor's computers, while doing it at their office is much less of a headachel

.....

The nurse just brought in the fluid I have to drink before midnight.   The doctor apologized in advance, and I see why.
