It's home-based customer service/tech support. It's not a scam, they don't ask for money...but you gotta buy a headset since all the calls are VOIP. I'll be doing Comcast tech support, but I hear they do a variety of different sales/cs/billing type stuff. Some projects are short-term, some are long. Worth a look if you're still on the hunt. Pay is comparable to standard call center jobs.
