Hey, out of curiosity, who have you asked about what pieces you want to use?

Kaiyrah, DS-Hina for this picture becuse I could just picture the banner/icon I would make with this. doini. I wanted to ask ali-wildgoose and luco_millian too but their art is for sale, so I didn't think it was appropriate to ask to use it without paying.

If in the end I don't get permissions I'll just work with screencaps. But asking permission for fanart also has the dual role of informing fanartists that the community exists :)

Knowing Luco, she'd more than happily allow it. She is very easy-going. Besides, it's good advertising of her art.

No idea if you asked these people, but have some more awesome Maiko art.

I'll try it asking her then, thanks for the suggestions. I really like her style actually, I was just apprehensive with asking for it becauseof the commission, and with the small fact that I can't commission for US art because I don't have paypal.

(I should really really get paypal soon, I really love commissioing for art and try to do it on a regular basis withbank transfers here in my country). But commissioning from my country also has the side benefit of being cheaper, since hte value of our money is less than USD.

I'll ask the people you suggested tomorrow, can't today as I'm going on 24 hour duty in a hospital and I'm unsure if there's internet there. It's a small one.
