Well last week was completely crap. Jeremy lost his job Monday, which wouldn't be so bad, but we got our insurance through that job. So now we have to pay way extra to keep the insurance on us all, at least until the baby gets here.
Tomorrow I go to the dr for a check up. I should schedule my ultrasound, so I am excited about that. I just hope all this stress isn't affecting the baby!
The pumpkin patch is going on at the church right now, so it is nice to pull into work and see all the pumpkins in the front yard. Then the window in my office faces the patch, and it always makes me happy to see all the cute little babies out there taking pictures. We had triplets come out and take pictures last week - too cute!!
Daniel is getting so big. In one month from tomorrow he will be two. I can't believe it!!!
Oh mom came up Thursday night to go to the Mercy Me Concert with me.. We laughed sooo hard!!
Since Jeremy lost his job Monday we really didn't want to spend $70 on tickets to this concert, so we weren't going to go. Well Thursday at 2:00 we decided we were going (the concert started at 7:00 that night) so I went online to see if they were sold out and they weren't, so I left work and I went to get tickets at a book store that were selling them. Well they said they were out. So I called the church that was hosting it, and they said the concert was sold out. On the way back to work, I called mom, she was already on her way and told me to go online and see if they were still sold out, and if they were then we would try to go to the concert and see if anyone was selling theirs. So I went online, and there was a phone number. The guy on the other line told me there were 6 "gold circle" tickets left, and that was it. So I quick bought them.
Got to the concert with mom that night. We handed the people our tickets and they walked us to our seats. The most amazing seats in the whole place!!! CENTER aisle, 5th row from the stage, aisle seats. We were in shock. We called a bunch of people and bragged about out seats. It was awesome. Well after 30 mins of waiting the concert started. Just as it started 20 9 year olds walked up and said we were in their seats. WTH?! sure enough the guy sat us in the wrong place. We had to go to the farthest side of the place, about 20 rows back, and there wasn't even a seat with mom's number on it. so they had to let her sit in the wrong seat. We were laughing sooo hard at our luck. Then when the 2nd band started, Mercy Me came out and told everyone that there were 2 front row seats and to txt a certain number to win them. Well I tried, and 2 mins after I texted it, I got a txt back. Well I screamed and grabbed mom, knowing we had won... well nope, It said "one step away from winning, txt yes if you want to win" so I did, and sure enough we didn't win.
The rest of the night we spent laughing at ourselves. It was soooooo sad that we couldn't help but laugh.
I went to the bath room at intermission, and noticed it was pouring down rain outside. We parked across the street, and since it wasn't supposed to rain that night, of course we didn't have umbrellas, which made everything even funnier to us.
It was a much needed night of laughter with mom.
