New Layout

I came here to tell to all member that we get a new layout!!!
Because the other one wasn't giving me the "pleasure" of seeing it -__- and so I discover this layout and all thanks to
minty_peach Thanks a lot sweet!!
I did a sly changes, like the blue banner and the size (made as 940px) and added the banner.
