Found this on my doorstep this morning. It appears to be a caribou leg. All the tracks around it are mine, so I don't know if a person put it there, or a dog dragged it over, or it just fell from the sky at some point in the night.

A dog seems the most likely. I do find various canine prints about my door on occasion. It's a little odd to find actual body parts, but then again, my neighbors have two whole seals, frozen stiff as planks, stuck headfirst into a snowdrift in their yard. I guess I can't complain...

Free refrigeration is what it is. The temperature still hasn't been above 0 that I know of. Might as well keep the meat outside.
