Keeping Siesta Hours

Wow.

It's almost dark and it's still over 80 degrees. I've been trying to get all the work around here done either early in the morning or late at night. The rest of the day I try to keep still and near the fan.

Also, more fics up at 31_days Here, here, and here.

And my Mom has volunteered me to teach (TEACH!!!)at the Elementary school. God help me.

[ my how those newborns are screaming --'] What will/would you teach??? Kids in an elementary school shouldn't be as bad as the three- and four-year-olds... should they?

I'll still be doing the pre-K (3 or 4 year olds). If it works out.

Your Mom volunteering you to teach... Does this mean you have a job as a full-fledged teacher this year? If so, what grade?

Apparently there's a desperate search for warm bodies. I fit that qualification. So if they decide to have me, I guess I will be a pre-school teacher this year.

It was 90 drgrees at 9:00pm a couple of nights ago. ed has a the offical local temp on his computer from the local weather station and we were just freaking out.

You would be an awesome teacher!! If you decide not to, you'll just have to do the same job as a sub but without the teacher pay. You'd be doubling your income!!! Okay, that was my little push :-) 8 degrees, huh? That's HOT. It was 60 here the other day it was like a flippin heat wave. We went outside in tshirts and I think mom was in shorts!
