I'm home again and is slowly adjusting to another time zone again. The trip was a blast, eventhough the travel portions were really up and down. I managed to get really good seats all the way, but I also spent 7 hours in Chicago due to a mixup with my flight reservation and when I landed in Frankfurt on my way home there was a strike which meant that I finally ended up with a flight that left 9 hours later than planned. I also had to take the train home rather than getting a ride with my aunt who was going up to Falun for an appointment. When it comes to travelling I have decded one thing though. I'm never going to fly anything but the A380 superjumbo when I fly transatlantic or longer. Everything else just feels cramped, old and worn. Here are some of my photos from the NY part of the trip, I'll see when I put something up from Orlando.
I managed to get quite a few different fandoms/nerdy interests happy.

Favorite painting, and possibly new costume project, from Metropolitan Museum of Art
Space Shuttle Enterprise (eventhough it was only an atmospheric test article and not actually space worth) at the USS Intrepid Museum of Sea, Air and Space

The Metropolitan Opera. There were no performances, but the shop was open so I got the new RIng Blue Ray set.
The trip for the flight NY - Frankfurt. Best and biggest.
