IDONIA DELPHI-BALLANTYNE
appearance
☠☠☠«Deceptively Beautiful, Domineering Trickster, Annoyingly Appropriate Height»☠☠☠
Idonia’s features, striking a startling contrast within themselves, and even sticking out from the royal family. Unlike her brother, she does not look sad; nor does she look quite as harsh and menacing as her father; and, if the mood strikes her, she may be able to pull off the ‘innocent’ look like her stepmother has. Normally, though, Idonia’s face has a dominating trickster complex, yet oddly soft simultaneously. Apart from just their expressions, Idonia’s lightly tan skin always seems, to her, at least, to be much more tan when she stands next to her pale skinned family. As if the expressions and the skin differences weren’t enough, Idonia’s vibrantly green eyes do not match with any of her blue eyed family’s, however, the differences do not stop there. Dieter, Kaine, and Aimi all have wonderfully blonde hair, whereas Idonia’s auburn hair seems to stick out like a a sharpie amongst highlighters.
One of the best things about being royalty, you know, aside from the power and well... do we need much more of a reason to be royalty other than power? Anyway, back on point, while it is true that every once in a while Idonia will sneak out of the castle dressed in clothes that were suited more for a common person, she normally clothes herself in elegant gowns, expensive top to bottom. While her personality suggests that she looks down on the rest of the world, or hopes to, soon, her height only comes up to a smaller 5’6”. Shrinking in comparison to her blood relatives, she still has a good two inches on her stepmother.
personality:
✗✗✗⎨Impatient, Spoiled, Complicated⎬✗✗✗
Idonia is a dominating girl, like her father she wants as much as she can have and will step on the little people if she has to. She’s loud compared to her brother and can have a ferocious attitude. She can be quite bossy at times, living up to the whole princess role. She likes the idea of having slaves in Merovech much to the Queen's dismay. She idolizes her father and wants to rule just as bad. She likes to do things that are extreme, sneak into the village dressed like a peasant and all that. She can cuss like a sailor and act all presteen in the blink of an eye. If she wants something she will stop at nothing to get it. She can act quite vain sometimes but in the end she does have a good heart. She just doesn't show it that much.
However, from an early age, Idonia has figured out how to get what she wants when she wants it, and has since mastered it. Men get what they want through power and force. Whereas women, well, they have to act meek and mild, then, when the time is right, every woman reveals that they are, in fact, the ones in control. Idonia’s previously mentioned ‘good heart’ is something that is most definitely there, it’s just overcome by a lust for power. It would probably take a true life-or-death moment for someone she loves in order for you to see her good heart.
history:
❈❈❈ ❝Secrets, Blood, Royalty❞ ❈❈❈
Idonia was born to the third wife of Kaine Ballantyne. She was a spitfire at birth and caused everyone a load of stress. Her mother died when she was 6 years old. It didn't seem to phase her too much. She spent most of her time growing up running around and getting into trouble. She would play jokes on the other Queens, finding it amusing to pick on them. She did care for her mother and will show it to the Queen if she feels like it. She doesn't really and hasn't really shown respect to any of the Queens that came after her mother. Many rumors go around that she wants Dieter to revoke his right to the throne and give it to her.

LEXI SWEENEY
appearance:
[under construction.]
While Lexi's demeanor seems very compact, her height is anything but. The 5'8" woman had a head full of thick, blonde curls that bounced and moved with the light hearted jostles she made. Her blue (?) eyes shone with laughter and wit, standing out against her semi-tan skin. There really was not much else to say about the girl, a splattering of light freckles appeared in the summer, and her normal attire was a blue skirt, a white off-the-shoulder blouse, black boots and a black outer corset. Blushing, a lot, the innocent girl had a healthy glow about her, but was not some incredibly drop dead beauty, she was just a human.

personality:
[under construction.]
{Please disregard anything that says she is a slave. She is a mistress as of ... well that's not important. xD}
When in public with her master/mistress, it is Lexi's job to be a wallflower... a wallflower with very attentive eyes and ears. She will alert her master and mistress of exactly whom is coming up to greet them, and I mean EXACTLY WHOM. Name, age, heritage, social standings, little secrets, everything. If spoken to, Lexi is witty, polite, charming, innocent, everything you want in an assistant. In private with her master, Lexi is more of a friend, opting to have fast paced chitchat than making her own scandals. What is the greatest benefit of being Lexi's owner? Well, for one, if you treat her like a friend, she'll treat you like one too, working harder, but best of all - she'll keep your secrets from all, while telling you everybody else's.
- efficient and quiet in public
- spunky and giggly in private

history:
[under construction.]
Alexia's ability to read and write stems from her father. Or at least, the man she thinks was her father. The man that she thinks was her father was much, much older than she was, and was a scribe for noblemen, and in hopes to give her a better life than a pleasure slave, and knowing they were too poor for her to be a mistress, he trained her in his field. In reality, the scribe had taken in the poor girl to protect his own master. His own master had gotten his slave girl pregnant, which was even more frowned upon then. However, Lexi was always told that her mother had died in childbirth and her father was this gentile named Rionte. When not studying reading and writing, Alexia had a large amount of friends that she would associate herself with, enjoying how completely scandalous they all were, it bred in Alexia's mind, a thirst for social knowledge. Who is dating whom, with screwing whom behind their back, who had money, and who was an heir. But most importantly, Alexia knows your dirty little secrets...
After Rionte had died, whom she had cherished so, Rionte had left her money with the instructions to leave town and go find an exciting place. So, naturally, Lexi was kidnapped and taken for a slave and sent to Merovech, with her money sewn in side of her coat, hidden from those who didn't know it was there.

MARY O'NEIL
appearance:
appearance
***********
Mary's pale skin never seems to tan, though that may come from a lack of being outdoors. A nearly invisible dusting of freckles sweeps across her cheeks and nose. Her chestnut hair is nothing to write home about - it doesn't shine like the brightest stars, or have a nice wave to it, for the most part, it's straight as a bone and up, though her fringe, or bangs, do hang down. What really is noticeable about Mary are her bright blue eyes, standing out enormously from both her ivory skin and dark hair. If she had been a noble, or had any sort of power, she was sure she would be able to stare you down. But alas, a mere slave she is.
Coming up to a respectable 5'9", she was tall for her gender, though she looked a bit underweight. Despite being skinny, she was curvy, with wide hips and a bodacious chest. Otherwise, she might have been able to be described as "lanky".
personality:
***********
Her previous owners had borrowed her out to some of their 'friends'. After hearing her name on the lips of some of the most vile men in whatever town she was in, Mary had decided that when she came to Merovech, she would tell no-one her name, changing her name whenever necessary. Having many aliases kept her alert and constantly listening to everything, never seeming to relax, or even slouch for that matter.
Even when not a slave, Mary had a complex personality. Her parents' expectations of her were low, but Mary was determined to become the wife of a noble or a knight or something with status, so she played the role. Quiet, polite, lady-like, and charming she would seem at the beginning. It took a lot then to make her break that facade and reveal to you that she was hell on wheels when she wanted to be, cussing like a sailor, or a drunk gambling farmer. It is at those moments that she would bring out a string of long words that even she has no idea how she learned, but that a poor farmer's son wouldn't even know, let alone a lowly daughter.
history:
***********
Mary's parents had been simple Irish farmers, but her father got into trouble when Mary was 14. He had large debts owed to the wrong people. However, instead of paying them himself, he sold Mary, his oldest child into slavery. Mary only hoped bitterly that he at least got a good price. Quickly transported from Ireland, well, at least, after she paid her father's debts herself, she was brought to three towns before coming to Merovech, and it looked like she would be staying here.
Mary's mother was not much better then what Mary was forced into doing, though she didn't have a slave. Having already six children total by the time Mary was sold. Back home, her brothers and sisters lovingly nicknamed her "Molly", and she responds to that as well.
