Jebus Rice as a responsible Christian church-goer would say, I haven't updated for ages, and all I want to update about is the Warped Tour. What else can I say other than FUCKIN AMAZING. I got up at 7:30 and went to the bank and shaw's to get money, then I went to BamBam's. Once there we waited for Josh, then went to the train station to get Nick's car. Then we went to their bank and then Dunkin Donuts. They screwed up our order so we wasted more time by fixing it. Then we were off. It was only a matter of time before I fell asleep. When I woke up we were close to Gilette. Jeremy kept constantly getting 18 wheelers to honk for him, he got 7. Eventually we arrived at the parking lot of Gilette Stadium. We got out and checked all of our pockets for our tickets, and Nick didn't have his. So of course he went to the car and likely enough the car was locked.. With the keys inside... With the car running. With minutes wasting we searched for a clothes hanger and security. Nick came back with an extremely large... Thing that we managed to open the door with. He grabbed his ticket, shut off the car, and snagged the keys. Then we went into the Stadium. We started by getting familiar with the area, then we found Ben Tavares. Then we went to find the schedule. We found what bands were playing where, then went to buy miscellaneous items. 2 shirts and 12 sampler cd's later, we saw Rufio. This show was beyond words. The 4 of us worked our way into the center of the crowd. "It started with a shirt" -- This dude took off his sweat t-shirt and threw it. It landed near us, and was soon airborne again. The t-shirt was tossed all around the crowd for a few minutes, until someone picked up a bottle. Then there was a penny (Nick). Soon there were some bottles just being thrown around. 10 minutes later it was warfare. The sky was coated with plastic bottles and water. It was the craziest thing I've seen, it was like rioting with gatorade bottles and such. Then we began chanting "Rufio" until they came out. The crowd's expression changed the second Rufio started playing white lights and continued to other songs. Endless rioting occurred, and it was awesome. I had a bag of items I previously bought but they didn't last in my hands for long, my bag ripped and all I savored was my other shirt. It didn't stop me from rioting, I continued my ways. Josh wanted to crowd surf so he gave me his things as me and some other dude lifted him onto the hands of many others. The next song came on and within seconds I was lifted on top of the crowd. For fear of losing Josh's things I clenched them to my chest for dear life. Once I was let down the song ended and Rufio left the stage. We then ventured on to the stands once more and bought more things before we listened to some Yellowcard. Then Taking Back Sunday came on right away and I was angry that I couldn't get a good spot in the crowd. Instead of trying to work our way in there, we decided to get a good spot for Coheed & Cambria who would soon be playing. We met these three kids, Shaun, "Little Richard", and Lindsay. They were really cool. After being crammed in between many sweaty Coheed lovers and screaming my head off to Claudio and the other's playing, we decided to go home. Being very tired, I slept the entire ride home. I came home with a throbbing headache, a sore throat, and an aching and sweat stained body... But I wouldn't have it any other way.
