Actually, I found them when stumbling through the options. You can find toenails by clicking on the legs button, then a small button that says "toes" appears. You can pick black or white by the little option on the right.
Tooth is under the "OMG Others" stuff - it's a tiny triangle shape above the tongue and below the bow ties.
Or something like that. Hope that helps as I'm recalling from memory.
