You can't write rawiyapard/Travis, but you can totally write Travis/Ray/Ian/Dallon/Barack Obama for all I care, dear.

At this point, it's open until November 1st. That may change, but if it does, it'll still be at least until mid-to-late October.

(And hey, thanks! I'm trying to pimp this out as best as I can, as the more people involved the better, but there's just so many communities I don't even know about)

I definitely understand that, and that's why we didn't make an end date for sign-ups in the first place. The only reason we'd even need to is if we suddenly find ourselves with 100+ people signed up and need some time to assign posting dates.

Uh, I'm really tempted, but it crashes with polybigbang. D: If you guys are willing to extend the deadline, then I'll be more than game (hell, I only write about rare pairings :D)

ETA to clarify, polybigbang ends on October 18th, and it'd leave me with only a few days to complete the challenge. I'd rather not sign up at all than bail out because I couldn't complete a +10k fic on time. D:

Well, as of right now, we're saying that fics should be completed by November 1st, but can be posted through November 7th. So, theoretically, you'd have until November 7th. Is that enough time (our requirements are only 2K), or would you need more of an extension?

I understand I'm probably one of the few with this issue and I don't meant to sound bitchy, I promise, it's just that lately all the challenges/bigbangs are having conflicting deadlines. :/

I admit I was hoping for November 30th, I, um, tend to be verbose? XD I see that there's no limit to sign ups, though, I guess I'll just wait to see how my other challenge evolves.

Actually, I think someone else expressed the same concern. If a few more people do, we'll extend the deadline a bit more than it is currently. But, as you said, there's no window on the signup - so hopefully you'll still be able to do this with us.

They're definitely fair game. I'll add that to the FAQ as I think I worded it poorly, but wives/people in bandom who aren't necessarily in bands (ie, Matt Mixon, Nick Scimeca, Lyn-Z) are all definitely acceptable.

No, Frank/Bob isn't on the banned list, so write away with that one! However, because Frank/Gerard is, we wouldn't allow Bob/Frank/Gerard.
