I did the same thing. I sent an email to the bandombigbang gmail to ask, and they said send it again. So you could email them and check :)

Regarding the deadline, the other post mentioned 11:59 HDT (is it central time? East cost? Hawain? Please explain. ) I live in the UK and I was wondering if I need to send it by 11.59 uk time or I can use the extra hours and send it by midnight american time.
A quick reply would be very much appreciated.

Not a mod, just jumping in to answer this: HDT is Hawaiian time. You can send the draft in as long as it's before midnight in Honolulu. You can check current HDT time here.

The deadline is as lenient as possible - if it's still the 30th somewhere in the world, you can send it in. :)

i put my lj name and summary in the email but the bands, pairing, and rating is at the top of my actual fic, is that ok?

According to the Time Zone Converter, 11:59 PM in Honolulu is actually 5 PM ON MAY 1ST in Jakarta, Indonesia (where I am). If this is true, then I guess I'll make it.
