BBB 2012 Wave 3 Posting Dates & Things to Know

We thought it might be helpful before posting starts to explain how we work our magic to assign your posting dates. Plus, the due date is in four days, so we have some notes. :)
Posting dates are assigned (i.e., entered in our spreadsheet) as we get finished fic drafts, but they aren't announced (i.e., emails aren't sent) until we have received all mixes and art.
Therefore, it truly behooves everyone to get your materials finished and turned in as quickly as possible. Please don't wait until the last minute! Then we have to delay sending emails while we track down stragglers. :(
Posting for Wave 3 starts just two days after the due date and we will have 3-4 fics per day, so we're all in a bit of a time crunch!
The info we need from you for Wave 3 is the same as Wave 1, so here are the submission guidelines. Due to popular demand, for this wave we will copy artists and mixers in on the posting date e-mails; that way you can negotiate posting with your author, if you like. At the least you'll know when your art or mix will go up!
Remember that we sometimes use @bandombigbang for announcements, and as you get ready to post your fic, you may choose to use our 2012 AO3 collection.
A million and one hearts to each of our lovely artists and mixers, especially those of you who have claimed multiple summaries! Thanks to you, as of right now, we do not need any pinch hits. You are the best participants a mod team could hope for! ♥
