Ooh I feel the need to expand on the Howl's Moving Castle thing because I JUST finished reading the book. I'm not sure if he was talking about the book or the anime, though. A big thing in the book was that Howl "ate hearts", he chased after girls until they fell in love with him and then he would lose interest and run away. I don't remember the movie being quite so in depth with that. Also, in the book it often mentions the fact that Howl wasn't from their world, but Wales (as in, our world). The movie was a bit more focused on the love story that was Howl and Sophie. In both, though, Howl was a coward who ran away from confrontation and such. I probably have all of this wrong, or I'm remembering it wrong.

Thank you for this, though, there were a lot of pictures that I hadn't seen before. :)

Audshsfhsrhf how have I never noticed how Pete is Howl? I'm a huge fan of the books (and the movie, but I kind of think of them as only tenuously the same story) and now I really really want a Howl's Moving Castle AU.

Pete even has Howl TATTOOED ON HIS ARM. (The tattoo is unfinished. Hey symbolism.) Ever since seeing the movie, I've had a whole new level of understanding when it comes to Pete's relationships. O.o

OH MY GOD, this is seriously the best thing EVER. I can't even tell you how long I've been waiting for someone to put something together like this... Pete/Mikey was my first real bandom pairing that I fell in love with, and for some stupid, stupid reason I never knew all the details. This post totally brought me up to speed, and I'm flailing like never before because I'M TOTALLY CONVINCED, OKAY. The HeyChris thing really just... yeah, I didn't know about that part before, and wow.

Thank you so much for taking the time to put this together, you made me VERRRRYYY happy (and flaily). :D :D :D :D
