In future BGBB rounds, I'd really encourage you to add some kind of posting date notification for everyone. I know you guys have a lot on your hands running this, but all fannish creators get excited about seeing our work posted, and I'm sure the artists and mixers would really appreciate knowing when to look for theirs. Perhaps next time you could send out a blanket e-mail to everyone with a posting schedule, or something like that?
Sorry that we didn't do it this time around, but thank you for the suggestion! We'll definitely make a note of it for next time. It's something we haven't done before and never came up in our planning sessions -- this mod in particular (I can't speak for my modly counterpart!) has never taken part in a big bang challenge that did that, although now that I think about it, it seems like an obvious (and easy, and helpful!) thing to do.
I know other big bang challenges don't do it--I've never participated in BBB myself, and if I did it would likely be as a writer, but I know people who were frustrated by not knowing when they would see their work posted. Thanks for listening! :)
