LOST just made fun of the Boston Red Sox :-P
They were like "since you've landed on this island...(goes on telling him Bush was re-elected blah blah)...the Red Sox won the World Series" and the dude was laughing and said "ha! you could've picked another team" and the mean evil guy was like "no seriously, they came back from a 3-0 deficit to the Yankees"
