VERY true, and well I know it, because I lived there for five years. However, the closest I ever got to Clothing Optional were the two years I wore shorts year round.

But dammit, I was proud of the fact that we could drive with the top down on a convertable at 2am in February. And not freeze to death.

Okay, it's settled, then! We'll all move to Victoria!!
