There ain't no freakin' frenchfries!

One week of band camp down, one to go. It's been a long week, but quite fun. My section is amazing! They're all actually really nice. And all of the freshmen are nice that I've met. Sectionals are amazing this year and we don't sound all that bad for once. People are generally learning their parts and I'm very proud of our freshmen that have passed off. I think we have two of them in my section? Evidentally I'm doing well this year too and Stuart even commented to Cameron one day when we were going back from break to the top of WSS that I was one of the only ones who really knew what they were doing at that point and he was kind of following along what I was doing. My section leaders must think that I'm good or something because Mr. Pausquale put Jason and me on the split notes at the end of Shaker Melody and then yesterday when we had to cut back parts in Tonight in West Side Story, my section leaders decided it would be a great idea to stick me on as one of the players to play it. Bharath is now my marching buddy because we start the show marching next to eachother and we march next to or near eachother until towards the end of Porgy and Bess. The two girls helping me with drum major boxes are generally doing their jobs, they're learning and just have to remember about putting the boxes down.

Yesterday was Jaxie's birthday and right now Connie and Ariel are still over from last night. It has been much, much fun! Well I need to either go eat or do something... Byeeee!
