12:00 PM, and I think I'm ready for a nap. *grin*

J is now having fun in DC. The drive was uneventful. :-)

Last night, she went to an inspirational speech from a guy who climbed to the summit of Mount Everest. When she called C at a quarter of midnight, she was really amped up. If I'm not mistaken, she'll be going to the Inaugural Concert today, which I think she'll like.

Ah, the things we do for our kids. LOL

Obviously, I didn't go skiing today. I valued sleep more. Besides, M decided she wanted a friend to sleep over, so there went my incentive to go. Oh well.

T minus 3 hours, 15 minutes until the Eagles play in the Conference Championship... another reason I didn't go skiing. LOL I wanted to watch the game, but since the game starts at 3, I would have had to leave the resort... right about now... to get home in time.

Anyway, go Eagles!

Ok... I'll be working tomorrow and Tuesday. Then, after work, I'm going to my brother-in-law's place -- who lives 20 minutes away from where J is staying -- so I can pick up J Wednesday morning. If this morning is any indication, I have a feeling she's going to sleep most of the way home.

Hopefully Washington won't be in lock down by the time I get in the area Tuesday night.
