This is a pepition I, Jesse Whitehead, am starting in order to make sure that sex offenders are put in jail, and remain there for their horrible crimes. When I have 3,000 signitures, I will email it off to congress, and repeat the process-hoping it will make some kind of difference. I believe that it's a sick crime, and that 85% of sex offenders that get out of jail repeat their crime..so, it's only fair to give them life in prison.
