[he slides out of the bed, careful not to wake him and goes into Jay's room of the suite]

[Jay's up on the roof smoking and watching the city. he looks round when Tim comes up to meet him] Hey kid.

Hey, Jaybird. [Tim comes up behind him and hugs him] I need to ask about another Jason here...

[Returns the hug and pulls Tim to a point where he can see him clearly.] Sure babybird, which one?

Is there one... Where something bad happend between them...? I was talking to one when Dick came up and went in between us immediately. They talked for just a minute but it was intense...

Shit. [He stubs out the smoke and flickers it off the ledge] Is Dickie alright? He didn't...do anything stupid did he?

[Jay ruffles Tim's hair] Nar, that's good kiddo, good move. Keep him occupied, keep him from thinking too much.

[He leans back on the rail, chewing on his nail.] I can't think he's swing that low right now, not with you guys having such a good on the beach. Must just be that Jason...He must have something over Dick...[He's talking to himself more than to Tim.]

With Dick, yeah. Big time. [He sighs and pushed his hair out of his face.] He's bad news. Essentially if Dick's drawn to him even up the upswing.
