We don't have Pancake week, but tomorrow is Pancake Tuesday in our house, aka Shrove Tuesday, aka Mardi Gras. *g*
We always try to have some kind of pancake or crepe on this day. It comes from the tradition of emptying the house of good food before Ash Wednesday and the season of Lent, when you're supposed to give up all sorts of things. =>}
I hope your Pancake Tuesday went well :-) We didn't eat pancakes this week every day as usual, cause mom'd said she weights way too much :-), but still she made yesterday very tasty ones. And Lent... hmmm... I'm considering myself ill now (as I'm still on a diet and have to be for the next month), so i can eat curds and milk and so on, after all i am on a medical diet :-)

We had lovely banana pancakes with strawberry sauce for lunch that day and I made fake crab Bechamel filled crepes for dinner. Delicious. *g*
What we call curds are fresh cheddar cheese bits.
Is that what you mean? Cause they're full of fat. Heh heh. =>}
