Are you a Nickelodeon Junkie?

     In lieu of receiving that "Are You An 80s Child" highlight thing, and from watching a Nickelodeon spin-off channel earlier, I decided to construct the "Are You A Nickelodeon Junkie" highlight thing.

So, here's how it works, if you missed the other one. Bold all of the following items, which you know/remember. Then, when you're finished see how many items out of 60 you know/remember. If you'd like a percentage, pull out a calculator or do some mental math. So, here goes:

Are you a Nickelodeon Junkie?

  1. You remember the name of the video game character that was moved around in Nick Arcade.
  2. The address P.O. Box 963, New York, New York 10108 has significance to you.
  3. Two words: Camp Anawanna.
  4. You remember the name of the giant talking stone head on Legends of the Hidden Temple.

  7. You remember the nickname of the overweight kid on Salute Your Shorts.
  8. You know the name of all three versions of Figure It Out.
  9. You have seen The Adventures of Pete and Pete, and anxiously await the return.
  10. You know the name of Clarissa’s annoying younger brother on Clarissa Explains It All.
  11. You remember the name of the friendly Popsicle stick host of Nickelodeon.
  12. You know what the first place winner of Guts won in addition to a gold medal.
  13. You remember the name of the mountain that was scaled as the final obstacle on Guts.
  14. You remember the name of the announcer on Figure It Out, (not Summer Saunders).
  15. You know Alex Mack’s secret.
  16. You can name all the Rugrats, original and new editions.
  17. You know that Roundhouse was the sketch-comedy predecessor to All That.
  18. You have seen, and/or voted for the Kids Choice Awards.
  19. You know the name of Marc Weiner’s cardboard puppet town.
  20. You can name the five shows that were featured on SNICK.
  21. Question: What Would You Do?
  22. Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeey, DUUUUUUDE!
  23. You know who said the following; “I put the screw in the tuna!”
  24. You remember what the significance of Allegra’s Window is.
  25. You know what Shelby Woo did.
  26. You know the last name of Doug’s crush Patti.
  27. You know the species of Eureeka’s pal/pet Magellan.
  28. You know how many Wizards were available to challenge you in the last level of Nick Arcade.
  29. You remember the original members of the Midnight Society.
  30. You can name the member of the original Midnight Society, whose younger brother took over.
  31. You know what ties Spunky, Heffer, and Peaches together.
  32. You know how many main monsters there were on Ahh! Real Monsters.
  33. You remember and respect that Artie is the strongest man…. IN THE WORLD!!
  34. You remember how David the Gnome came about his Fox friend, Swift.
  35. You loved Sharon, Lois, Bram, and of course, the Elephant.
  36. You still remember the hand motions that went with “Skittle marinky, dinky, dink.”
  37. He’s Flipper, Flipper, faster than lightning, and even though, you weren’t always fond of the half-hour of live-action TV, at least it was inventive.
  38. You remember Linda Ellerbee, and most definitely Nick News.
  39. Three words that strike fear into the hearts of janitors (and camp-goers) everywhere: Zeke the Plumber.
  40. You remember what Mr. Lippman on Welcome Freshman really wanted to do for a living.
  41. You thought more than once about Welcome Freshman while in ninth grade.
  42. You secretly yearned to be a Wild and Crazy Kid.
  43. You know what’s really supposed to come after “We hold you in our hearts” in the Camp Anawanna song (It’s not “It makes me wanna fart!”)
  44. You know of the only game where what you find is what you keep: Finder’s Keepers.
  45. Question: Double Dare or a Physical challenge?

  48. You remember the lyrics, hand gestures, and even the spoken parts of at least ¾ of the theme songs of the shows listed here.

  50. You always wanted to "Ask Ashley" a sensible question to see her reaction.
  51. On that note, you always wanted to see Steve, from Blue’s Clues, get a bill instead of just a letter.
  52. You knew that Blue was the female dog and Magenta was the male dog.
  53. Go, go Gadget!
  54. You remember the name of Inspector Gadget’s neice and/or her dog.
  55. You remember that Nickelodeon went from NickJr. to Nickelodeon, to Nick at Nite.
  56. The secret slime action is: remembering what show the secret slime action was on.
  57. You remember the Land of the Lost, and sometimes pondered how cameras could find it if it was supposed to be lost.
  58. You have seen the show Grimm’s Fairytale Classics.
  59. Pies and slime are so cool.
  60. You know the origination of the phrase “Do you have it?”

There, I remember 57/60, therefore I'm 95% Junkie! Seriously, some of this stuff I really had to rack my brain to remember. There, your turn!
