Back to Normal

My computer is finally fixed. Yay! Now I don't have to share with my brother. I know that probably sounds really bad, but let me tell you, it's hard to share something that is used by both of us constantly. Even if we do have the luxury of separate users, it's still difficult to divide the computer time evenly and still have something else to do. I thought about going outside yesterday, but there were too many people out. Grr. So, I stayed in and started a Sims file on my Gamecube. That game is hard. I mean, it's easier, by far to keep families in working order, but it's harder to make friends and keep money. Before, all I had to do when I was in a money pinch was use the "roses" cheat code, but on the Gamecube. I'm not sure there's a way to do it, that I've discovered. Grrrr. Plus, you have to unlock several things with this insanely annoying "Get A Life" mode, where you have to complete a bunch of goals. GRRRRR! Oh well, I'll do it. I have all summer and I'm bored to tears.

On a lighter note, I get to go shopping tomorrow. I'm getting up early, showering and whatnot, then calling my grandmother and heading to Huntington. Yay!!! That makes me extremely happy. That's a day trip that excites me. Something to do, marked by getting stuff I really don't need, but want. The only problem is that if my grandmother goes, I can't listen to music, cause she complains, and she'll tell me a thousand stories that I don't really give a shit about, but oh well. I'll just have to get over it. That probably sounds really rude and uncaring. Well, I'll give you an example: She'll see a construction sign on the highway and be like "that reminds me of something I read in the paper about Walmart." And then tell me all about the article (full knowing I don't read the newspaper or watch the news on TV) and then proceed to ask me why they would do half of the things they would do (like I'd have an answer for that). Then we'll get to the store and I'll see something I want and she'll be like "why would you wanna wear that?" GAD, okay, I'm finished complaining. I really love my grandmother, she spoils me to death and appreciate everything.

I also need to call the oral surgeons office tomorrow and make sure that they can take all four of my wisdom teeth out at the time I scheduled my appointment, cause I told them first that I only wanted the bottom two taken out, and now, after talking to people and thinking about it, I think I want them all out at once. Probably a better idea. Anyway, I'm off to bed, so I can get some sleep before my outing tomorrow. Night!
