lovers need lawyers
aside from sleeping in and missing my tap class this morning, my classes make me so happy. my fiction workshop professor looks just like john miles, and he talks like him, too. my poetry workshop will keep me humble since i can't write poetry. my old english professor asked me to collaborate with him to write a book. ham on rye is one of the best books i've ever read. my african drumming class is so much fun, but my hands are bruised. i met a cute boy who likes me a lot. i think he's cool, too. i failed my road test last week so i'm going to try it again this friday. i'm looking for a new job because my boss can't afford me. i'm thinking seriously about working at hooters. tim kasher has reentered my ears and i couldn't love his music more. i want to get drunk and write a story to see how it turns out. plus, janine powell's new haircut is beautiful.
