Yeah, so my dad let me use the computer here to check my mail. IT's SOOOOO much fun here! We got here Tuesday around 5 or 5:30ish their time, I believe, and had a DELICIOUS dinner. The food here is always so good. So unbelievably good. Mmm... I got to talk to my Aunt Anita and Uncle Marty, and, of course, the Coldirons. Everyone in my family has a family, or close to it. My mom has five sisters, and they've all got kids. All of Anita's 5 kids are married, most of them with kids, 2 of 5 kids of Judy's are married (one pregnant), and the rest of the family's too young to be married yet. :P I gotta go help on the PIE MAKING TEAM!! So I'll continue this later. :)
*edit* Okaay, so the pie making was... interesting. I got the recipe for the dough, which was the part I agreed to help with. But the recipe was all out of whack when I tripled it, so it was WAAAAAY too dry. Uncle Marty's was all perfect and stuff, and it pissed me off so bad!! So yeah. Meh. Aha, but THEN I screwed with the leftover stuff, and it turned out perfect!! So there, Uncle FARTY!! (Old family joke :P ) I rolled out the dough and traced a plastic maple leaf, and put one in the centre of each pie. One in particular looked good, and I'll postthe picture when I get home. Man, Thanksgiving food is amazingly good. The cranberry sauce, bird, stuffing (especially), green beans, potatoes, gravy, pies, rolls, EVERYTHING. So good. We played Mafia practically the whole time, and there's a really funny story involving little Julia, Big Dan, and me that I'll tell later. Gotta go read to the adorable Morgan!! *end edit*
