Radioactive Stars
Ooooh my gosh, Chinese food is so freaking GOOD!!! Mmm...
So today I tried to sleep in but dear Mummy and Dad wouldn't let me. I guess it's all for the best. Blurg. Ate another orange on the bus. It tasted like toothpaste at the beginning and more like a yummy orange at the end.
I talked to Mrs. Greenblum about my homework, and she's cool with me turning it in tomorrow, so I got to work on memorizing theatre lines instead of working on stupid fucking proofs. :) I memorized most of my lines successfully, but right before I went on for the science fair speech, I forgot my first line. Merci beaucoup, Charity, for remembering them for me. :P Once I had the first couple words, the whole thing was good to go. I'm supposed to be nervous and suck at speeches in that scene anyways. K said I was good at being nervous... or something. Lucky me.
In third period World History we had a written pop quiz. I think I aced it, and as an added plus, I got out 20 minutes early for the honour roll assembly. It was pretty much pointless :P Then I went on the Great Hunt for a Tampon, which took me most of the rest of my lunch hour. Would you believe that the clinic isn't allowed to stock them? Whatever. I then got to meet Dobchinsky (spelling??) from the General Inspector. Daniela and Ryan are almost as cute as Kate and Julian. ;)
There was ANOTHER pop-quiz in Bio. I failed it, heh. It was open-note, on notes I don't have... I should think about getting them... but from who? Ah...
And yet another quiz in Geometry, but the difference here is that I knew about it. I think I actually did pretty well for myself on this one. Geometry is actually starting to become a little-- dare I say it?-- fun. But only a little! :P
Came home, wanted a nap, did Babs' jewelry instead. Ran out of materials, called mom, wanted a nap, went to Michael's instead. Shopped for beads, picked up Dad, wanted a nap, but walked home instead. Ate dinner. Wanna go to bed. Will do homework instead. Bleh.
And I still haven't started the turkey piñata.
