Well, well, well...look who is posting again!
Wow, not an entry since 2007...it's been a long time huh? Meh, I just have not felt like posting on my LJ. I mostly frequent FaceBook (just look up Katie Kaluza if I'm not already your friend). Not too much has been going on in my life. Valkyrie will be turning two in June, I'm still working at Target, and I quit working at Walgreens. Yep, couldn't stand it anymore plus my store manager led me to believe that I would be able to collect disability while on maternity leave. Well, that wasn't the case so I was moneyless for a month after Valkyrie was born. I think I quit Walgreens in July of 2007, probably a month after Valkyrie was born. Walgreens is just a shitty place to work in general and I'm just glad I didn't turn into a lifer IE someone whose stuck at their first job until they retire.
What else? Ah yes, we moved from Columbia Heights to Fridley. We now live in a smaller, although nicer yarded house. My dad's GF from South Dakota lives with us too, as does her son but he's going back to S. Dakota in May. So, we have a pretty full house. If you guys didn't know, my sister had a baby on Dec 7th of 2007. Her name is Hailey Anne. Cute kid, but she's one of those babies that screams and shrieks and it just all around irritating when she doesn't get what she wants or is crabby. She would rather scream to object to something that actually say "NO" or use words. Needless to say the kid has a temper, but I still love my niece. Hailey and Valkyrie are like day and night, kind of like me and Kelsey. Hailey is loud and boisterous, Valkyrie is quiet and reserved.
