seniors left today after a pointless dribbling assembly for the girls water polo team. i just have to object. track also left today for the huge sectionals meet and got absolutely no recognition. golf, well, we are treated like dirt and the sports directors would give the chess team an assembly before us. but oh well, who wants a "pep" assembly for their team anyway. if people are forced to be there, its not so exciting. well thats enough ranting...my brother is graduating tomorrow so ill be spending the day in Champaign. christy is compiling a booklist that i shall steal. its quite good actually. and everytime she makes fun of a book, its one ive been required to read at ignatius. hahaha. they are pretty bad descriptions but some of them are good. I highly reccomend A prayer for owen meany and the hot zone among many many others. people should read more. america is so illiterate. oh well...
