[drabble] White Love

Summary: Kazuya loves her husband and her baby, so much. But....
The sun shone quite brightly that day and the weather was nice. Warm breeze blew past the city. It was a perfect day to go out. That was the reason why the park beside the tall and white building was quite full of people. There were kids playing around, older people sitting on the bench, talking to each other or just simply enjoying the day.
Among those people, there was a young lady sitting on the grass. She was holding a small, soft pink bundle of a cute baby girl on her arms. She looked happy, looking at the baby with a gentle and loving stare. The baby was sleeping. She poked the baby’s cheek and a small smile appeared on her face when the baby let out a soft mewled. But the baby’s eyes were still closed, a sign that she was still sleeping. Thus she poked her cheek again.
Probably feeling uncomfortable, the baby was finally opening her eyes. The young lady’s eyes lit in excitement. But then the baby quiver from crying. Hearing the baby’s cry, the young lady was soon holding the baby tighter while caressing the baby’s face.
“Shh.. shh.. my baby don’t cry, mommy is here.” The young lady whispered gently as she patted the baby’s bump to soothe the baby and stop her from crying.
Several minutes later, no more cry could be heard, replaced by a small chuckle from the baby. The young lady was making a funny face to cheer the baby up. She was also tickling the baby, emitting soft giggle from the baby.
A young lady playing with her baby. That was a nice scene to see. But it didn’t last long because suddenly, there was a woman came in a rush to the side of the young lady. Another woman clad in white shirt and skirt following behind her.
“What are you doing with my baby?!” The woman barked at the young lady. “Give her back to me!”
The young lady’s face turned from happy to scared. She hugged the baby tighter.
“Give me my baby back!” The woman hollered before grabbing the baby forcefully from the young lady.
The baby began to cry because of the loud noise. Hearing the baby’s cry, the young lady got up and trying to take the baby back to her hold.
“My baby!! Give me back my baby!” The young lady tried to reach out for the baby. But the other with woman clad in white shirt and skirt was stopping her from doing so. The baby cried even louder because the woman who hold her didn’t do anything to stop her from crying.
“My baby!!” The young lady shouted. She was hindered by the woman clad in white shirt and skirt who was saying sorry to the other woman and telling her to go and take the baby away from the young lady.
“I want my baby!” The young lady became angry. “You can’t take my baby away from me!!!” She screamed and trying to release herself from the woman’s hold.
When the young lady was crying, screaming, and kept saying ‘my baby’, a young man, probably around his late 20s approached her.
“Kazuya..” The young man called the young lady softy, but she seemed too preoccupied with her stress and ignoring him.
“Ah! Akanishi-san! I’m sorry. I just got back from taking care of other patient when I realized that your wife wasn’t in her room anymore.” The woman clad in white outfit looked guilty.
“No problem. I’m the one who need to apologize, you’re a busy nurse after all. So it’s not your fault.” Akanishi smiled to the nurse and then turned his attention to his wife.
“Kazuya..” He called her name softly again.
“My baby..” Kazuya mumbled softly. “She took my baby.” She said followed by small sob.
Akanishi took his wife closer and hugged her. “My baby.. why did she take my baby away from me?” Kazuya began to cry on her husband hold.
Akanishi patted his wife back, trying to soothe her.
“Akanishi san, I think we should take her back to the hospital. It's almost time for her daily check up.” The nurse said.
“Okay.” Akanishi nodded before turning his attention back to Kazuya. “Kazuya.. Let’s go back to your room.” Akanishi said softly to his wife.
But Kazuya kept clinging and sobbing in her husband embrace. “Kazuya..” Akanishi tried. Yet to no avail, Kazuya didn’t hear him and continue crying.
Akanishi only sighed while patting his wife hair. He had mixed feeling of sadness and frustration. Three months ago, they lost their baby in an accident. Akanishi had already accepted the fact that they lost their baby. Yet, it was different for his wife. Kazuya fell into depression and ended up in this hospital since then.

a/n: The ending maybe a bit unsatisfying? idk.. lol. We wrote this drabble because.. an idea popped up out of a sudden and we think that it'd be good to materialize that idea to become this drabble since we still can't give you Desolation Angel update.
