Yogurt swirled in, pepper flakes
Warm, soft, rich and hot.

Moist Maine sea scallops
With savoy cabbage, spinach
And lemon butter.

Garlic mashed taters
Whole quail, pancetta and sage
Beside broccoli.

Pink Lady apples
In a tart, with perfect crust
Mulberry ice cream.

Tart cherry ice cream
Bittersweet chocolate sauce
Ideal ending.
