Why Did You Leave Me?
okay, so i said that i would post some of my poetry, so here is one of them. this one i made a few years after my best friend killed herself.
I'll Never Forget
Never will I forget the last time i saw your face.
it was as pale as the moon that sits in space
your skin so cold, like the ice waters of the sea.
you defined what a good friend should be
death took your breath away
when everyone else wanted you to stay.
why did you leave?
couldnt you see i needed you here with me?
you said you would always be here to the end.
now i will never see your face again.
i'll never forget the look in your eyes.
it made me want to die on the inside.
i'm so alone in this dark and empty room.
wishing myself that death will come soon.
death took your breath away
