it's christmas time again
merry christmas eve!
..its going to be a rough couple of days. but hopefully not too bad, i mean, it is christmas. and i've been in a spectacular mood the past week, despite all the stress and things i have to do. i hope everyone enjoys our break. thats my plan. but there is one thing:
the only thing i want to happen tomorrow is to sit in sarahs house at night and have the doorbell ring. i want there to be a strange man dressed as santa standing at the door. i want us to let that santa in and find that he does indeed know us. i want us to all look around at each other in confusion. i want us to find out, laughing, that its my uncle. thats the santa i want to see tomorrow. and thats the santa i wont see tomorrow. only in my dreams.
welp, i have a work party at noon. and then i get to go see sarah sing in the philly girls choir, then dinner, then church. then home for another fun christmas eve with the family. this year we are watching Animal House. (last year, My Cousin Vinny).
so i hope everyone has a wonderful holiday, and that you find joy in whatever it is you give and receive.
