things that seem hard to change

- my habit of watching tv
- my habit of snacking
- my habit of reading in bed and falling asleep within 15 mins
- my habit of still thinking about him even though i'm pretty sure i shouldn't be
- my habit of killing plants by either watering them too much or too little
- my habit of watching the office to help me fall asleep

i think the most major one is the tv watching. i know i should cut down on it. i wouldn't say that it has a negative effect on my life at the moment, but it just has an effect. like maybe i'd be more efficient at the whole studying thing and not need to force myself to cram? only when i quit tv can i test this hypothesis. but i don't think that's going to happen anytime soon. :P
