What is this?!
So my mom started clearing out our garage area and found a box of stuff my grandfather gave to me years ago. She completely forgot to give it to me because we had a ton of family stuff going on, but I got it today. First thing I saw was an old Pikachu bank. It's pikachu sitting on a little block. I'm so excited about it ^_^ My parents gave me one just like it when I lost a tooth when I was like 8 haha. Anyway, the box also contained this. Can anyone help me with it?
I know it can't be official. It's pretty obvious haha, but what is it? It's from 1999, I know that much. I can't find ANY info on it though. I've tried searching through google a ton, but nothing comes up.
