There really should be a more worthwile first post in a month, but I have to say I believe the fanfic muse is returning, which..isn't necessarily the greatest of timing, as NaNo is about to start in basically a month.  Nevertheless, the muse is peeping around the corner at me, making me watch old Star Trek (and new, yay movie) and looking at Arthur

Such the best way. I keep replaying that first scene between them because he's not listening to a WORD she's saying; just staring at her and thinking of ways on how to make her his wife and mother of his children. It's really not a game to him anymore...(not that it ever was, but dear me, I hope someone's warned poor Gwen!)

I SUPPORT EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS POST. Including the gif of THAT TOUCH. (God, the only thing better than that is the WAY HE LOOKS AT HER. How is she not pregnant just from the way he looks at her?)

Also, I am making my mother watch Merlin. At present, she thinks I'm weird and crazy for loving it this much, when it's so campy and silly, but this is only because we are only on The Beginning of the End, and GWEN AND ARTHUR HAVE NOT HAPPENED YET. I am so excited for her to be seeing it for the first time! I am so excited for me to be seeing it the second (or in the case of "Once and Future Queen" and "Sweet Dreams" fifth) time!

I cannot quit using exclamation points! It's totally their fault!

Well, I see her in the distance; she may be taking her sweet time though. I will console myself by saying I've at least been doing original fic, so I haven't been lazing about; but it'll be fun to take up fic again.

And Merlin is more enjoyable if you don't care about pesky things like plot. Take it for what it is and the eye candy and the aural candy (Angel Coulby has one of the most beguiling voices I've ever heard).
