Wings, beer, and March Madness
I'm really not a basketball fan, but i really enjoyed watching March Madness tonight. I could just be that i team i like has actually advanced to an important stage. WVU really played a great game tonight they really had to fight against UK.
Another thing that made it enjoyable is the fact that we were actually hanging out with people, something we don't do that often. Since we work over 70% of the time we are awake we usually get something to eat watch an hour of TV and go to bed.
We started the evening out at Buffalo Wild Wings in Cross Lanes but soon realized that we were not going to get a seat inside. After an hour it started to get cold and the out door heaters were not going to keep it warm enough to make it enjoyable. One of the waitresses said that most people had been there since 2pm waiting for the game. After a few beers we ordered our food to go and headed to a friends house to watch the game.
Its a shame that I'm really not familiar with that area or else we could have found somewhere else to hang out. When we move up there I'll have to scout out some good restaurants and wing/burger joints. I can't describe how wonderful a few beers and a nice trivia game are after a trying day at work.
