So I finished my last final of the year on Tuesday. I'm just glad to have some breathing room the last few weeks have been overwhelming. All i can think about is taking a vacation, but thats going to have to wait for a while. So I've added many books to my reading list over the holiday break from school. If any one has any suggestions i'd be happy to give them a try. I'll read just about anything, except mysteries, i usually figure them out unless they are really random.
I've had a pretty shitty week so far. I've *almost* gotten a speeding ticket with several other violations (the usual, i hadn't put on my new registration/tax sticker yet, wrong insurance card with me... doing 20 over the speed limit). For some reason the cop gave me a break and told me to fix everything. I think what he saw was the package of Nicotine patches sitting on the passenger seat. He gave me a smile and told me to be strong. Other sucky things have been being splashed by a semi truck with icy water ruining my final paper for my English lit class. Teacher thought it was hilarious when i arrived with near hypothermia, but he did let me reprint the paper in his office. Burned my self in 3 places at work luckily Justin's mom had some Silver Sulfadine which seemed to have calmed down the burning sensations.
So I've decided that tonight is a rum and coke night to celebrate the bad week I've had. I know its only a wed. night i think i deserve it. Who says that liquor is reserved only for weekends?
Good things that have happened this week, discovered bunny tracks in snow. I thought this was a news breaking revelation, woke Justin up at 6:15 in the morning to show him but apparently its common to have bunnies living in your yard in the country. Discovered half full bottle of rum in freezer also discovered that the fridge is turned down so low that the chocolate cake didn't ruin. So i guess it all hasn't gone bad i have chocolate cake, rum, and meatloaf. I think its time to eat/drink all three simultaneously and watch X-Men the animated series. Life does indeed have its bright side.
