On Friday I went to see a new doctor about the problems I have been having since the c-section and follow-up surgery on Sept 10th last year. This is the doctor I wanted to deliver Serenity, but she was full up with OB patients at that time.
She was very nice and took immediate affirmative action with the information presented her. I appreciate that in a doctor. I am going to see her again in three weeks and I am going to see a surgeon, for a second opinion, on the 27th of this month.
It seems the scar tissue has adhered to my intestine and that is what is causing the pain and the bloating. It will be so nice to fit in my old clothes again. Though I really do not look forward to another surgery. It is uplifting to know that my condition is not life-threatening and that there seems to be a solution in sight.
She said that it is possible that I could have remedied the situation with physical therapy if it had been suggested closer to the original surgery date.
Looking forward, progress is a good thing.
