Since I will rather unfortunately be at camp when Metric comes to town, I told my mom and Jeff that the only person I was interested in seeing at Capital Ex this year was Joan Jett. They said “Who’s that?”. Seriously?! So I played ‘I Love Rock & Roll’ and they knew that song, but they didn’t know ‘Bad Reputation’. Freaks.
I do kind of want to go though. She seems like a pretty fun lady and when else would I get the chance to check her out? And whether the lesbian rumours are true or not, she seems like a bad-ass.
