hola
Well I haven't really made a real update since I've been home so I thought I would! Not much has been goin on. I got my grades back and everything was the way I figured it would be. I got a B in theory. Not to shabby. I passed my sophomore qualifying (but I already knew that). As previously posted my GPA didn't fall that much because of geography. I can get that up in no time. :):) I went back to T-town twice to pack up the rest of my junk. I wont be back up there til August 13 (MY BIRTHDAY!!!!)! What a birthday present. I already know that it will be bitter sweet (because I will be leaving my Crown buddies). Everything is set up for my apt, just gotta work on getting some furniture now. I guess I can leave that up to daddio. I'm going to the beach with my mom and RObert tomorrow. We will be there for 5 days. Should be an interesting trip if nothing else. I gotta finish my shopping for corp while I'm down there. I'm up to about 15 pairs of socks, 9 shorts, and 5 sports bras. I need between 5 or 10 more pairs of socks, 2 or 3 shorts, and 8 or 9 sb's. Thank God for tax refunds is all I can say. :) I miss all of my BAMA peeps so much, but I'm really looking forward to seeing all of my crown buddies. They are good people. lol I talked to my old buddy Tyler Caver on the phone the other night. It was really good to catch up with him. Haven't talked to him in about a year and a half. I'm really looking forward to the rest of the year. This summer is going to be amazing and this fall is gonna be great! I've got a really good feeling about life. Everything is going pretty good. Do you ever just sit back and think about the future? I have lately. I feel so young. I mean 19 is pretty young. There are so many things I want to do. What will I be like 5, 10, 20 years from now? Hopefully 10 years for now I will be in New York. I plan on living my life to the full extent. Some people say I dream too big, I say I'm just beggining. An old friend told me to never settle for less than what you want, and I don't plan on it. I can do anything I want, and I can be anything I want to be. I've always been the kind of girl to go after what she wants. If I set a goal for myself, it will happen. I do what it takes to get there!
To return to an earlier topic I've been talking to a few people on the brass line lately. I talked with Ryan for about an hour yesterday. He really cracks me up. I mean that kid is hilarious. I also talked to Evan the other night. Evan is on the trumpet line and is also the assistant drum major. He gave me a call to see if I had any questions about the summer and we chatted for a bit. Talked to him on aim last night. He seems like a nice guy. I'm so pumped about this summer!!!!! I move in in 9 days!!!!
