Okay so here is the deal. Ive recently started working out again. Im all kinds of pumped about lifting again. But I feel like absolute shit from yesterdays workout.The only reason I am putting myself through this is for the greater good of my body. I want to bad to be in great shape like I used to be in High School. I could run for miles without stopping. I went on a mile run the other day that made me feel a soft as baby food.
Those days have to be gone quick, fast, and in a hurry. Im gonna be solid as a rock in no time.just gotta keep with my program. Maybe end up looking like this guy.
