I have so many I want to do:
Finishing painting the walls I have primed (using a dark Wine so had to prime), then start painting in the Family Room (A sage like color - light so I don't need primer there). Painting in this new house is a more daunting task than in previous houses because the ceilings are all over 11 feet. cutting in the ceiling is a real pain. (I think this is priority 1 for the weekend)
Power wash the pool area- there is still sand around from them installing the pavers. Then I want to seal the pavers.
Install the new pool bathroom light fixture, and get new fixtures for the other bathrooms - the builder standard is fugly.
Install new counter, sink & faucet in pool bath - again builder standard not cutting it. I really like the quality of our home and all the finishes in the kitchen, but the bathroom and light fixtures the builder uses as standard are terrible. The quality isn't so bad it's just the style looks cheap and not in sync with the rest of the house.
And this is the short, immediate list. I don't think I am going to get it all done before
