I am in so much pain right now. I've started a new workout that incorporates intense weight training on top of the cardio. Thursday was Day 1: upper body weight training. Apparently I'm quite the weakling when it comes to upper body strength. My arms are dead. There are actually portions -- like my triceps -- that hurt to touch almost like they're bruised. I'm just glad my legs aren't as weak as my arms. Driving was a challenge, because of stupid turns that require all that arm movement. I better be alright by Monday, because it's upper body day again and I get to do this all over again. Now I'm going to lie here and moan pitfully until either someone comes to put me out of my misery, or I get over myself and find something more useful to do with my time.
