Seeking housing

Hi, I'm from Portland, OR and I'm going to be in Muncie through the end of November. I'm looking for a room in house or co-op or apartment. I'm 24 and finished college in May. Even though I'm not currently a student I would be happy to live with BSU students. Ideal roommates would be fairly liberal and laid back. I will be quiet around the house, clean and I don't have a lot of belongings with me. I'm totally cool with people who smoke and/or party. $400 is roughly my budget, of course I would love to pay less but I would also be willing to pay more to live in the right situation.
